anyone have dish network?

we have these annoying ads flashing at the bottom of our screen. the girls are watching disney xd right now so i'm not sure if it's a 'premium' channel thing or what. does anyone else have this? can i get rid of it?

i tried to google but couldn't find a solution...

I have Dish...Disney isn't flashing ads here and it seems to be standard on all their packages except DISHFamily and the Welcome Pack.

Oops! Missed the XD part--if you have the Top 100 or 120, Disney XD is not normally a part of that and would explain the ads.
