Can you tell me how to make it look like a ribbon is going round the back of a paper / photo / shape with PSE9

I need it in words of one syllable - 1 step at a time cos I'm a bit slow today

Burn tool (looks like a hand with a finger rubbing the paper...lol... I'm not sure if it looks the same in PSE). Set the strength to a low number (like 5) and change the brush if needed, set it to midtones for most colors, and then brush over the edge that you want to "wrap" around your photo and build it up to your desired liking.
