Anyone have any ideas for mothers day cards?

I need to get on Mothers Day cards ASAP... for my step mom and MIL, (neither of whom I'm ultra close to - they get pretty flowers and a card each year) but I thought I'd scrap a nice hybrid card for each of them. I'm totally low on ideas though, and not feeling inspired. Any ideas?

I'm all about simple for cards. BG the size of the front of the card, strip of paper (horizontal or vertical, doesn't matter) with "Happy Mother's Day" and a paper flower on the front.

You could modify it and print it out and add paper flowers or real ribbon and staples to it to make it hybrid.

I did this hybrid card - it was really quick & easy...



The wordart is from Manda Bean.

You could do something similar printing digital papers & flowers if you don't have any traditional paper supplies
