It's never been the right time for me. I'm not sure if it was actually a day behind, but the time was several hours off.

i don't know about the exact time but it's always been behind. I remember that working in my favor when doing challenge layouts with new releases.

I don't think so - it shows layouts I posted today and yesterday as being posted on Sat.

yeah it's always been behind Pretty sure at least day wise it's said the day before..whether or not a full day is beyond me
