I installed styles into PSE6! It's not as easy as it used to be. They have made it difficult with this new program. At first I was putting them into the wrong 'layer styles' category. Then I found out i had to make a new XML file to go along with the .asl file. I found a tutorial to help me with all this. I still cant get the styles to show up by themselves in the layer styles drop box; i have to click Show All. But they are there! i have glitter, and some transparent styles i found, all free. I have some free atomic cupcake and some PanosFX styles in there too. Now i'm addicted and I'm off to find more!

Oh, and today is Wednesday, Ghost Hunter's night on Sci-Fi! I love that show, lol. I want to go on a hunt with them. I think. I'd probably pee my pants and "Run Away!"

CONGRATS!!!! Hey, quick question...I have a bunch of stuff from Atomic Cupcake and don't know how to put them into PSE5.0...any suggestions?

I think they include instructions in the download. I also believe it's an easier process in pse5 than in 6. I used to have 5. I cant remember how its done, lol. Check the download; there should be instructions or you can do a search online. Thats how i figured this out.

I love watching ghost hunt too and shows like it too, something about them is really intriguing. I know I couldn't handle seeing a real ghost though, I'd freeze up and never be myself again!

Woohoo! I agree installing stuff in PSE is kind of a pain! I haven't loaded styles but I have loaded actions & that was difficult enough! Except for my Photoblast actions, I love that John made them self installing so it does all the work for you! It would be great if others did the same! My new PC should be here tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be spending hours reloading all my programs, reloading my actions into PSE and all my Presets into Lightroom!

I've different instructions to install styles than that but it's still difficult to install the things, lol. I've got PSE6 and don't know any better for the earlier programs, lol. So congrats to ya on figuring out how to do it
It's so much easier to install things in PSP :p .
