Lena's baby Parker has arrived! -updated & a pic!
Lena delivered Parker via c-section this morning at 10:39 am. He weighed 8lbs 5oz and I *think* 22 inches long. Lena was naturally too tired and 'out of it' to talk on the phone. David said her BP is still elevated right now. Before he c-section it was 199/99 !
Parker's blood sugar is low and he's breathing a bit too fast so he's currently in the level II nursery being monitored and hooked up to an IV. They don't want him to try and eat yet.
We appreciate any positive thoughts and prayers that Parker is able to to leave the nursery soon and go be with his mama and that Lena's BP stabilizes quickly. She had developed a cold yesterday, of all things, so with her BP and the cold and having just had a c=section she's not feeling great right now.
I'll come back and add updates to this post as I have them!

K, girls, I spoke with Lena for a few minutes and she's still pretty loopy from all the meds! She said Parker is breathing a little bit better and they are going to let her up to go see him at 5 (now!)
