I never have to pay for chipboard again... :thumbup:

My parent's tenant and long time family friend works for a printer and said that he will get me all of the 11x17 chipboard that I want for FREE! I told him to BRING IT ON!!! :)

That totally rocks! I loved it when I was teaching at the LSS and could have all the 12x12 chipboard from the paper packs.

you know, for those of you who do hybrid and want chipboard i would go to your local print shops and just ask if they would keep any for you.. its crazy how much gets thrown out on a daily basis.

it might not be as thick as scrapbook chipboard all the time but yea.. there is usually a sheet in with the flats of print paper and they don't use it

dumb question but if i ask them about it will they know what im talking about when i say chipboard?? cause seems like everyone around me thinks im talking about that thick particle board

i'm not sure.. guess you'd just have to maybe go see them? some printers are smart some not so much.. LOL!
