Is anyone having problems checking out at the shoppe?

I've been trying to checkout at the store with my Sweet Rewards discount for the past 2 days with no luck. I either get to the page with the shipping info or else the page where you enter the discount and payment method and then I get "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"

I've tried to contact someone through the "Contact Us" link at the store and also PM'ing Robin but I haven't heard anything back.

I know I still have 2 1/2 more days before my discount expires but I really wanted to play with some of the goodies :)

Is anyone else having problems, too, or is it just me?

I shopped Monday and didn't have any issues...I wish I could help-hopefully Robin will check in soon!
 
I shopped monday morning and all was fine. Maybe try from a different computer? or clear your cache and then try?

I just got up so I hadn't seen your PM or email yet.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I'm gonna be much help. We've had tons of orders come through in the last 3 days and I haven't heard anything from anyone else about not being able to check out. I just tried placing an order and was able to get all the way through the process without any issues so when I cant duplicate the problem - it's hard for me to fix it and likely something on your end.

Have you tried a different browser or clearing your cookies like Sara suggested?

You could also try pinging our ip 70.85.233.156 to see if there is a hang up somewhere but I'm guessing since you can get into the forums - there wont be.

I'll try sending an email to our webhost to see if he has any ideas. Keep us posted if anything changes.

This is becoming a very strange mystery. Not only did clearing my cache not help but I just went to my parents' apt nearby and used their computer to try to do it and got the same error! I also tried using the remote access I have to my workplace (I'm working from home today) and still got the same problem.

I know I was able to buy from SSD last month so I'm not sure what's happening now.....

I'll keep trying....

Okay, it appears that the problem was that I had too many goodies in my shopping cart. Once I took out a bunch of stuff, I was able to check out with no problems.
