silhouette owners...need a favor, please????
 

I've lost my power cord and was wondering if you can look on your power cord and see if there is any information like voltage that you can give me so I can see if I can get a generic replacement for it. Could you also take a picture of the cord (both ends so I can see what they look like) and a close up of the identifying information too? Model number, anything like that???? Thanks!

I just called Silhouette support and they are sending me the specs and said I can purchase a new one where ever laptops are sol. YAY!

I wound up getting one off of Amazon. Now, have I plugged the thing in and used it? Nope.
