Quick question
 
Hi everyone! I have been out of digital scrapbooking for about 9 years or so. I found out tonight that I need a gift in the morning and was going to quickly put a little scrapbook together. I purchased one and it says that it is queued. I have never seen this before and now I am in panic mode. I realized that the email address was an old one that is not in service anymore. I guess that is where my download links are. Is there anyway to get it? How long does it stay in queued mode before it changes to purchased? Please tell me that it will change tonight. Hehe Thanks for any help or suggestions that you can give me.

Every once in a while my order goes through that same thing as well. Usually within an hour or so, the download links appear. If you are worried because the email address is different, you could always put in a support ticket

Even though you won't get links through your email address, you'll be able to go into your order history in the store and access them there. It usually doesn't take long for things to go from queued to downloadable.

This usually works. I had the same problem sometimes.

Well it still hasn't been updated and I sent a message but haven't heard back. Has anyone else had this experience? I didn't get to make my gift so that is really a shame.

Does your order not show in your order history in the store? That's such a shame you didn't get to make your gift. Did you send in a ticket?

alwayscroppin - what do you see in your order history? From the store, go to "my account" in the upper right, click on "order history" from the drop down. It will take you to a page that defaults to "all dates" ... hit the search button and all orders should show. Hopefully it gets sorted out!

I was checking it from the order history and just checked again and it finally says processed. Thanks for the help and I guess that I'll keep this for a future gift.

Sorry it didn't happen early enough for you to make the gift! With Digital Scrapbooking Day (weekend) starting in an hour or so, Robin and everyone behind the scenes may have been swamped.
