Art journaling...hybrid or digi

Anyone doing this? I'm so into it atm. I totally have started creating some kits and schtuff for it, too. I just love it.

Anybody?

I am doing Tangie's Baxter's art journal caravan this year, and I am doing it digitally. Years ago, I did one that was with real paints, inks, etc., but I have now developed an "allergy" to the mess, so I am totally digital this time around.

Oh cool!!! I can't wait to see what you've created :)

I LOVE to play with art journaling on my layouts, and I confess that each time I start such a layout I panic each and every time, lol. For me, it was such a learning experience to just "do anything" without any parameters, etc.

Krystal, i can't wait to see an art journaly kit from you!! :D

I signed up for a class with this, completed the first project but haven't gotten back to it yet.

Basically, art journaling is about using art, instead of or with words, to express your feelings, your viewpoint, etc. Here are some quick resources. When they are talking about art supplies, just think of those digital products (paint splatters, etc.)

I've been doing a lot of art journaling since the summer. I totally love it. But I'm doing it either on paper with paint, gesso, etc or hybrid. It's so much fun.

Thanks for the links!! I checked them out, and it looks fun!

I really want to be able to do this digitally and can't wait to see what goodies you come up with!
