Credit Cards...

...should be working like normal again... yay!

Thanks so so soooo much for your patience in waiting for me to release downloads, etc. during this annoying period.

I am so sorry for the delay in getting this officially fixed. It's been an absolute nightmare for me, but after going through all of my normal tech support channels and getting nowhere, I finally found a developer who was able to figure out was happening and implement a fix this morning.

I've already seen a credit card transaction with multiple orders come through successfully, but if you have any problems with it moving forward, just give me a shout.

Appreciate you so much!

Shellby, thanks for your patience, I know I had to manually set quite a few orders to processed for you, so I appreciate you hanging in there with me <3

I ?m still getting this message:
Page not available

The page you requested was either not found, or could not be accessed for other reasons.
Please try again later or contact customer support at Clover

Order status: not finished. Then I tried to pay via paypal, my payment was succesful, but the order status if failed. So maybe it?s not completely fixed yet

Hey Lucie,

I saw your order come through via the credit card processor as failed because of the following error...

ship_to_last_name=is not in Ascii Format (says the same for city name, last name, address, etc)

I think because you're using so many special characters in your name / address etc. It's giving the errors.

Weird question, but can you try entering the info with plain text letters?

I will look into this for you though! Very sorry for the trouble.

Thanks for checking it. It would be better if the system warned right away that the user must use only English characters without any diacritics. especially since it worked without problems in the past. Okay, so I overwrote my user data, but I still need status of the last orders to be changed from failed to processed. will you have a look at it please? thank you.

Just checked that out for you and see now that you placed the orders via Paypal after the credit card transaction failed. You weren't charged for the credit card orders, but I do see the completed transaction at Paypal and have set your orders to processed now. I'm not sure why the Paypal transaction errored. I havent had any other reports of Paypal errors from anyone else, but I feel like your last Paypal order did the same thing. Weird.
