Oh my goodness, you are so brave! I watched the video on your blog. WOW! That moment when you're looking out the plane from way up high and then... JUMP!!!! Woah! That's got to be the biggest adrenaline rush ever? Or is it the free falling part? ;) I want to do that someday... I just have to work up the courage. :w00t:

Priscilla! That was AWESOME!! I think that was just so great of them to film the whole thing too.

I got my Military Para Wings when I was in the service, where they make you do the jump from only 800 -1000 feet with round 'chutes, which is really only enough time for the 'chute to open before you reach the ground (military style is to get in hard and fast so there's no time for the enemy to shoot you down). NOT a fun experience - the landings were bone jarring. I did do a couple of tandem dives from 15,000 feet as well, and that was much more enjoyable. The rectangle 'chutes give you a much gentler landing. Good on you for being brave enough to give it a go. Do you think you'll do it again?

OMG!!! I get nauseous just by the thought! I have a terrible fear of heights so I would never be able to do that but I can imagine the adrenaline kick you get from something like that! You rock!

The entire thing was an INCREDIBLE rush ... the only "uncomfortable" moment was when he was rocking and I KNEW this was IT .... but the second we were falling, then spinning ... it was all AMAZING!!
