PS Actions?!
 

After seeing everyone posting their beautiful edits on the Before and After thread, I am intrigued to know more about actions and where to find them? I have recently got back into scrapping after a hefty break & am wanting to try some out. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thank you! :wub:

I use most of the time actions from Paint the moon Designs.
And very sometimes from My four Hens Photography got them as well.

But i do know if you look and search enough on pinterest there will be free ones as well.

I do almost all my editing in Lightroom as it's so user friendly.

If you are looking for actions, I recommend My Four Hens Photography as well. I've invested a ton in to her actions.

It's not an action, but I recommend RadLab as it does it all for you with one purchase. You can edit, save recipes, find recipes online and duplicate them in your own program. It's amazing. It's also the reason why/how I stopped buying actions because this program does it all

I am enjoying using Snapseed on my phone for editing & then importing those into PS to scrap.

I love Pure Actions for Photographers, My Four Hens Photography, Pretty Presets or Pretty Actions.

The set of actions I use most is Paint the Moon's Essential Actions. It includes things like brightening or darkening a photo, lightening shadows, sharpening, fixing color (warming or cooling the image), repairing blown out areas, etc. I tend not to use artistic actions, but there are some beautiful ones out there. Paint the Moon and My Four Hens are the two action makers I've used, but they sell larger bundles rather than inexpensive, standalone actions you can try out.
