So I subscribed for their 2 year plan and it is running on my computer. How do I know it is backing up? I have both my EHDs connected to my computer. When I went to my account it shows them with fix it next to them. I made sure my computer is not in sleep mode. What do I do now? What happens when you click on "Fix this"?

A little box pops up telling me to change the settings on my computer to not sleep. I have already done that

Open up the Backblaze Control Panel (should be just like any other program in your program list), then click on "Settings". It should have a list of drives you can check and then "apply" to make them start uploading. Hope that helps!
