If you want to get them scrapped fast, you might want to do a photobook from Disney, Shutterfly, something like that and then take your time scrapping them exactly how you want to. You'd have the memories laid out and some journaling attached so you don't forget any details.
If you got the photopass, the same site you look at those pictures has photobooks, they won't be perfect, but it might help for a bit.
Once you finish the one you really like, then you can give that one to one of the kids and even print 2 more copies so that all 3 of them have one.
