When I've printed my individual pages, I always used
Scrapbook to Share. They were a small company back in the day and have grown by leaps and bounds. Any issues I've ever had (I had the mail carrier from Hades), they always reprinted. From there, any time I made an order, they shipped an alternative way so that I didn't have to deal with the mail carrier.
