I think we all set hugely unattainable "goals" at the end/beginning of a year. Then real life sets in and we realize that we have to adjust.
It sounds like you accomplished things that were important to you. That's what is important.
"Falling behind" is okay. Keep notes and you can catch up when real life isn't taking all your time
