My family loves this one....a skinny version of
Chicken Parm. You can use veggie noodles or chickpea noodles for healthier version too.
We also use this Chicken Marinade and grill chicken:
We fix this with grilled veggies (we put a mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a tin foil bowl on the grill), we also grill corn on the cob too. (this is a favorite of my kids)
We had leftovers of this one and I made more marinade and tossed the chicken, air fried it and put over white rice.
We also do a lot of
chicken stir fry I make everything ahead of time too (rice is cooked and cooled in fridge, chicken is cooked in the instapot and chopped or shredded as well). We also have added diced zucchini and squash as well.
