My sympathies to you! I know it's frustrating...you can't really force them...and if you try, you run risk of it backfiring and becoming a control issue.
I've been going through the same thing with Rachel. She turned 3 last October and hasn't been wanting to use the potty either. She could walk around wet/dirty and not really care.
However, yay, this morning she pulled out the Elmo potty DVD and watched it, then went and used her potty chair and wore her panties (w/rubber pants over) all day long. And then she went again on her own later...and was very indignant when I made her wear 'baby diaper' instead of panties to bed.
I think we're going to stick with the panty/rubber pant combo during the day, and use the nighttime pullups until she's really in good control.
