I've never done this before, but I'd love to try! I'm on my way to walmart to pick out a couple DVDs and maybe some small weights right now... I'd love some motivation and recipe ideas so I think this will really help me keep going after the first week or two... lol. I have trouble sticking with things beyond the first test run
