These are my musts (I can provide recipes on request):
Half-moons with rum icing (real rum, no essence). These are always a hit and I think they're the most US compatible.
Vanilla miniolls.
Bear paws. I also do them for Easter, hence the picture.
Rum balls filled with cherries.
Walnut balls with yolk filling.
