I actually know people who have tried them and love them and say they are not gross and work great. I am going to buy a pair to try out because although I hate pads, these are not supposed to be bulky at all and almost like regular underwear. There is a description on the web site on how they work. I worry about all of the toxins in tampons as well as TSS so I'm willing to give this a try. At the very least, it will be nice on light days so I don't have to wear a pantyliner. I seriously despise the feel of them so much that was my least favorite part of being post-partum.
