I save all my LOs as TIFFS and convert all my psds to it too. The ONLY downfall for me (minimal) is that it does take a little longer to save and open due to the compressing (lossless). But man does it save space. And I'm another mispeller and DH gives me grief about it, so I cannot just leave the LO be if it is mispelled and I catch it later!
