I just finished reading The Woman in Cabin 10. It's a thriller and the main character is trapped on this luxury boat. I have often told my hubby that I don't love boats because I don't like that you are "trapped" on the boat until you get to land. So I definitely felt the tension and creepiness the author was going for! It's a great book, by the way if anyone is looking for a fun, scary thriller.
In any event, I know that I may be weird about the topic of boats.
I don't really even like the idea of something like a booze cruise because, what if you get out there and you feel bad or you aren't having a good time -- you are still trapped on this boat until it's over. I don't mind big cruise ships so much because they are more like a small city to me than a boat.
How do you feel about boats? Speedboats, sailboats, cruise ships, etc.? Does the size of the boat make a difference?
