I'm in! Except...in a different way. I can't obsess over calories and carbs and points and whatnot. That stuff just exhausts me and I give up way too easily. But I have SO much weight to lose. My sweatpants (let me say that again, MY SWEATPANTS) are getting tight on me. I'm going to baby step this process and I am NOT going to step on the scale (that's going to be super hard for me).
My mini goals for now are:
- walk (power walk) at least 30 minutes at least 5 days a week
- drink at least 100oz of water per day
- more veggies
- wayyyyy less sugar. like almost no sugar. at least not straight up white granulated sugar.
Eventually I'd like to add in more exercise and maybe tweak my food plans a bit more, but for now, I know that I need to move in small increments.
