Yay.
I lost 100lb doing a plan called Slimming World (kind of like WW but works better for me than WW does) I had 28lb to go to be at my target weight and fell pregnant. I've lost weight while eating healthy during pregnancy so haven't gained so far at 25 weeks, I had lost 10lb but I gained 5lb over Christmas (can I blame baby growing and not the bad food lol) I'm hoping to at least get that off over the next few weeks.
I don't really do much exercise as I did a half marathon at 9 weeks pregnant and ended up bleeding and got told to stop (boohoo) so I mainly just walk now, I try and aim for 3 miles a day and also running round after a 3 year old, 10 year old and 14 year old lol.
