This is day 5 and I have been doing well with getting my water in and pretty good with eating. I have planned both my lunch at work as well as supper for when I get home which has resulted in better meals (no fast food).

I have a fitbit and have been shooting for 7,500 steps each day - yesterday I was a little short (about 50 steps) and today I got up over 8,000.

Small steps is my motto; change takes some time to become a habit so I don't want to drastically change everything and then burn out. I can't quite figure out if I want to weigh each day or once a week; I weighed this morning and I was up but I also know yesterday I had more bread (no bread today). I guess I just need to continue working as is and see what happens Saturday when I weigh in.
