I'm jumping in! I guess! haha!
I have been trying to eat mostly vegan the last three months and am purchasing "the starch solution" because this is a eating plan I feel I really can follow. I don't miss meat.. honestly and learning more about a plant based lifestyle has been really eye opening. Knowing it's OK to eat carbs and potatoes is al lifestyle I can actually live with LOL! I get scale obsessed so probably won't be tracking my progress that way.
In terms of exercising i'm not 100% sure what I want to focus on. Last year I was loving running until I did my first ever 5k and puked at the end and now it's messed with my head and things haven't been the same since. I did 21 day fix so many times that I might cry if I do it again so I'm changing it up I just don't know to what - maybe fitness blender workouts
I do think I want to get a fitbit though!
