You can go to adobe's website and download a free 30 day trial of one of their programs you would like to try (I would recommend PSE). We have tutorials here and there are so many all over the internet. You should be able to work yourself around it. Also, so many use PS around here that there will always be someone who can answer your questions. AND......all digital products work in that program.
