I actually do all of my photo editing in PSP and I have some very nice (and expensive) CS5 actions for photos. If you want special effects (like sepia coloring) -- check out the Scripts in PSP. There are quite a few specifically for photographs. I rarely use those. I use the photo editing commands in PSPX2 itself (not the scripts).
