Frames for scrapbook pages??
I want to get a couple of frames to put scrapbook pages in to give as gifts. Google gave me a few options, but it's hard to know how good any of those choices are. I know there must be folks here who have framed scrapbook pages. What have you used? Would you recommend it? I don't want to spend a ton of $$, but I'm willing to spend enough to get a decent frame. I think I'd prefer one that isn't black.
Thank you! |

I've gotten some at Hobby Lobby before. I think they had white ones and black ones. I got some white ones but it's been a year or two. They are fine, nothing too snazzy but they do the trick. Not sure if you have any Hobby Lobby's up by you though.
I got some frames last year at a Christmas market and I do love them. They say that they fit 8x8, 12x12, etc but they were a bit off. They are a lot more ornate and I used them to frame some family photos. Their website is http://www.heritagehomeretail.com/ HTH! |

You can get 'record album' frames at most any hobby/craft shop that are 12x12, just plain frames. Walmart used to carry 8x8 frames that I used to pick up all the time (haven't in awhile so I'm not sure if they still carry them).

I had a page matted and framed in a coordinating color at Michaels. They have such good deals and coupons on their specialty framing that it wasn't too expensive. And that way I got to pick a frame that was really a good match for the specific page. I liked that it wasn't too generic.
