Default Could you pick your 10 favorite movies

Right now?

Sean and I always quote Tombstone, so without a doubt I'd say it's probably one of my favorites, but then I started thinking about it and I was struggling to come up with 10. LOL!

Great list.

I did really enjoy Top Gun Maverick and I always watch A Few Good Men when it’s on. I’m going to have to sit with it for a couple days. 😂

Dirty Dancing
Tombstone
Grease
Avengers: End Game
Shag: The Movie
It’s Complicated
Bull Durham
Leap Year (maybe)

That’s as far as I’ve gotten.

I did a layout 12 years ago of my favorite films. It had 6 on it.

Those 6 are:
101 Dalmatians (1960's version)
Palm Springs Weekend
The Way We Were
Top Gun
Backdraft
Rent

Add these:
Jesus Christ Superstar (1970's version)
West Side Story
The Big Chill
Top Gun Maverick

The only one I don't own either a CD or digital copy is Top Gun. I do have it in my YouTubeTV library which has commercials in the recording.

Actually I have copies of very few movies so the ones I do have (all on CD's were ones I enjoyed immensely.

I have a TERRIBLE memory, I could probably make a list if I looked through a list of movies, but to just come up with them out my head ... seems like a lot of work lol

Pretty in Pink
Star Wars
Anchorman
Saving Private Ryan (I can't watch over and over but I think everyone should see it once)
Sound of Music

Dirty Dancing
Tombstone
Grease
Avengers: Infinity War
Shag: The Movie
It’s Complicated
Bull Durham
Leap Year
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

This is far as I've gotten. LOL! I'm trying to decide if I put one of my favorite Christmas movies, but I still feel like I'm missing something.

And, i really loved Barbie and Anyone But You, so do I put something that new on, does it have staying power! LOL!

I could answer this differently every time you ask b/c it depends on my mood as to which movies I really connect with. Some that come to mind though are:

1. Oppenheimer
2. Guardians of the Galaxy
3. Fargo
4. Lady Bird
5. Silence of the Lambs
6. The Wolf of Wall Street
7. The Martian
8. Room
9. Women Talking
10. Mad Max

Honorable mention goes to the Planet of the Apes franchise b/c I've seen them all and it's on my mind b/c I want to see the newest one.

I'm not a huge movie person and I don't really like watching a movie more than once, but I'll give it a whirl because I do have some faves and some I can tolerate or enjoy watching multiple times...

Lord of the Rings Trilogy (best of all time hands down)
Scott Pilgrim
Gladiator
300
Legally Blonde
The Hangover
Heathers

And I do like a good musical... Grease, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, etc.

I haven't seen Scott Pilgrim, but the rest are great. I agree, I enjoy a musical. I don't rewatch a ton of movies, DH was having a hard time narrowing down. LOL!

When Harry Met Sally
Jerry Maguire
27 Dresses
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
The Accountant
Just Go With It
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Legends of the Fall
Raiders of the Lost Ark
