Today is a HUGE day for me!

The project that I'm working on at work has been three years in the making, and our deadline is tomorrow at midnight. There has been so much talk lately of - will it happen? What will we do if it doesn't? Yadda, yadda...

Everyone has been super stressed... working 16 hour days, dealing with the big wigs being at our place of work every day since we were so close to the deadline, being short-staffed to begin with... (you get the drift)

Well I'm so please to announce that my work project went LIVE at 10:45AM this morning, and has been processing data flawlessly ever since!!

When they made the official announcement people were screaming out in joy, hugging, crying... I teared up, but then I remembered that I didn't have my waterproof mascara on so I had to try hard to hold back!

Today is the greatest day of my career (so far). I can't tell you how absolutely ELATED I am over this. Even thinking about it now makes me want to tear up! Today is seriously so surreal for me!
