I need help figuring out a technique.

I love the look of posters on wood that are sort of worn looking/distressed.

To do these yourself do you just modge podge them on a piece of wood and then distress with a sanding block or is there something else that works better?

do you have a picture of what you're thinking... the ones I've seen are stenciled on word art but I haven't seen any poster looking ones...

Modge Podge and Sand Paper seem to me like it would work than maybe a clear acrylic spray when you are done?

I'd get something to mess around with first... experiment, have fun. That's the best way to do it!

I've seen some antique matte modge podge at the craft store. Maybe that would work for you?
