Traci - I know it looks scary, but man, it really works. Since adding a personal trainer to my workouts, I have dropped weight dramatically. Yes, I dread the sessions and she totally kicks my ass, BUT watching the scale plummet is well worth it! Good luck!

It may be a total pain in the butt Traci but you are lucky to have a built in personal trainer!!! Use him and abuse him. LOL

I don't think I've done a pullup since elementary school! Way to go! I have gained some weight, my booty is not as small as last summer. It can wait till fall, it's too hot here! Plus, I only do the treadmill so I can eat crap and drink margaritas . LOL

Haha...that picture made me seriously LOL. I just purchased the Insanity Workout DVDs which I have done a few of them and they are pretty INSANE....they should arrive Wednesday so I'll be in the same boat soon lol
