Default just had to call 911

On some guy walking down the road yelling at nobody in particular saying he is going to kill someone. My husband called me out and he yelled "Turn around...I said turn around" My husband talked to the neighbor about him and he said the guy will have conversations with mailboxes saying he is going to blow the mailbox up. My husband said to just ignore him and let him go on his way...I said no fricking way!! Our kids are outside in the early morning hours to catch the bus and my 16 year old is out there before sunrise alone and that guy scares me. Sorry but when you are having conversations with inanimate objects there is a problem

yea the officer got out here just a few minutes to late. My husband talked to him and he said he would be watching for him again tomorrow and if we see him again acting like that to call again. It was kinda scary how he was acting. Throwing his hands in the air like he was really mad and yelling something we couldnt make it all out and just kept walking up and down the road and then turning around and going the other way. The neighbor said he has been here for awhile and they have seen him act that way many times. Im not sure why they would not have called the police themselves though. Maybe just did not want to get involved.

There are no words for me to use to illustrate how much that creeps me out.
