I did! I did!
I did 10 burpees, 20 count plank and 20 squats with weights in cycles for 15 minutes.

I just got back from a 3 mile/36 min run. Then I got in the pool and did some water aerobics for 20 minutes. I really hope to make it back to the gym this evening for another 2+ mile run. I will update later if I make it.....

Kellie... what are burpees? I did a 2.5 mile walk pushing the big kids in the double and wearing my chunk in a wrap... I didn't pay attention to the time because we stopped to talk to the neighbors right before we got home... but I'd say it was a moderate pace. |

OOOOHHHH! And I forgot to say that although I try not to stalk the scale..... I am down 2 lbs since Friday!

I actually did. LOL (Can you tell I've been pretending NOT to see the first nine days??) I pulled out all of our privet hedges... both sides of the house, all the way across the front. I'm gross right now.

This is a burpee: From standing, squat down, kick out into a push up position, do a pushup, pull your legs back to a squatting position and jump straight up. I'm doing cross fit, and it's totally kicking my rear!
