Default Scrapping is making me grumpy

Does this happen to anyone else? It's because I have a deadline, and I HAVE to use this particular item. I happen to love the papers; I'd print them and hang them on my walls and be happy if I could, but I can't. I have to scrap with them. And it's making me feel stressed and irritable and like I'd rather go fold the laundry than sit at this computer for one second longer.

If I had a daughter, I feel certain I would never have this problem.

No, I cannot do anything hybrid because I'm way too cheap to print something on my personal printer. And because, like Laura, I would hate it.

That's a nice thought, though. Thanks for trying to help. : )

And you know what else? I don't look cute today. I need a haircut and some highlights. Bloody fire, I want to be blond again.

I have to pay a parking ticket. I could have paid 50 cents to park in the parking lot but noooo I had to park on the side of the road at the airport with a zillion other cars and then go in with our college student to make sure she got checked in and whammy when I come out turns out it IS illegal to park on the side of the road and it's gonna cost me $20 instead of 50 cents.

Plus, I don't know what's for dinner tonight. I have wasted all morning on the computer. Didn't finish my stupid layout, just clicked around on things that don't really even matter.

I want to scream and throw things. Do you feel better about yourselves now? ; )

Mine is only like halfway through. {ugh}

And Angie, kasihan me, I don't even drink nice beverages. I have no self control. I'd lose everything I valued because I'd never be able to stop drinking. So I'm just gonna rage.

I like to play video games. Killing pretend monsters is cathartic. I have no mojo atm, it's so hot here I think it dried up.

If it helps I've had "one of those days" today. I left 10 min early for a meeting because I wanted to stop at McDonald's for a $1 large Diet Coke, but then decided to go across the street to Sonic to get a Lemonberry slush instead. When I pulled up to Sonic I, of course, changed my mind and decided I NEEDED Diet Coke, so I ordered one with not too much ice... For some reason it took 20 min to get my dang drink that ended up costing me $2 instead of $1 and took a bagillion times longer to get. On top of that they gave me like 2 stinking pieces of ice and I was late for my meeting that I actually left early for! Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!! So yeah I know how you're feeling lol!

I bet I know which Sonic you went to.... Not fun at all. I'd be irritated. :/ And if it's the one I think it is, it's ALWAYS slow and ALWAYS behind.

Yes, Kellie, I've felt that pressure of HAVING to use a kit before, but boy did I learn my lesson. I had to use it, got fed up and threw a LO together that I hated so much and was actually embarrassed of. I won't be doing that again.

Hope you got that sucker done and over with. And hope you have a better day today.

I have great news, friends. I finished my layout! I went through maybe FIVE FREAKIN FALSE STARTS, but I love the finished layout.

You know what my problem is? I fall in love with a paper, and then I try to make it my bg. Sometimes big, beautiful papers just can't be center stage. {sob}

that TOTALLY happens to me. and it takes me forever to realize I can't make it work no matter one. glad you figured it out.

For the first time in ages, I called hubby to pick up something for dinner yesterday instead of me making it... it was just that kind of day (and I pretty much cook every single day... except maybe once a month, so that's a big deal here). I had to hold a crying baby practically all morning and forgot about residency verification at the school... I didn't eat lunch until 2 and accomplished nothing on the computer or in the house really--except for dishes. Having a clean kitchen makes me happy.

Why was yesterday such a bad day?
