This one is mine.
I wasn't sure about using the kit in combination with the photos, but I love how it turned out.
Love the photos as well. My mom doesn't like posing for photos, so I'm glad I have this one together with her.

Goodness, I only scrapped on SSD layout this month. I've been so busy painting the house that scrapping hasn't been happening!!

I love your layout

This month I have 2-3 that I enjoy most than others but my fave is this one for SSD challenge bingo using white space:



This picture means a lot for our family because in the end of july, we lost our beloved dog. A car hit him in front of our house and the driver even didn't stop... He died at the vet not long time after. It was a terrible shock for all of us. We still crying and my children still talk about him and say they are sad.
The butterfly come on the arm of my daughter just one month after this terrible day. My daughter love butterflies but never had one who comes on her like this and I never see that... Well, we take it as a sign. It can sound stupid I know but it is how we live this moment!

I think this one is my favorite. Scrapping Disney layouts are always fun for me and I love when I'm able to use a girly kit. Since I only have a boy, I don't get to use them that much!

This is probably my favorite. My son loves to help me with any kind of household chore but especially cooking. I really had to look for a photo, though; it happens all the time but I evidently never think to take a pic.

I did this one of my son after my husband and I spent part of the day the other day reminiscing about him and some of our favorite memories of him. Things that made him unique. What we loved about him. I could fill a book about those things of course but these are just some of the highlights. I had just about finished the layout and was finishing the journaling and just had some shadowing left to finish and the layout crashed. I have it set to auto save but the auto save was corrupted. So I had luckily posted a screenshot of the layout just before I had added journaling on facebook to show someone what I was working on. So I just grabbed the screenshot, cropped it to the layout only and resized it to 12x12 at 300ppi. That made it really easy to recreate and I had it done in less than an hour that time. The photo in the circle was taken one more before he died almost exactly. The one which is blended in the background was taken in August of 2010.
