Default Screen color problem

Ok how to explain this so you can understand it lol.

I have a problem with my pc screen for a while. When my pc is on for a couple of hours, I see a slight bright line in every bright color. In icons, shortcuts, in colors in photoshop etc. When I reboot my system it's gone, but after a couple of hours its back again and I can't figure out why this is happening. I'm working with XP, and I don't know if people will see it in my projects or designs.

Here are some screens

In PS:

On my Desktop:

Hope someone can give me the solution

It might mean the motherboard or graphics card is overheating since it happens after been on for a while. Do you have your screen calibrated? If your Windows goes to sleep it will "drop" a calibration and go to the default. So does it happen after it goes to screensaver or sleep mode? I've never had it happen though so I'm grasping for ideas.

Sorry its happening though! I'm sure something on mine will start acting up since DH is headed to the States for two weeks!

Ow that can be the problem, don't know how to calibrate it though. I've rebooted my pc again, and now I don't see it at the screens anymore, so I think people from "outside" can't see it. That's a bit of a relief. Going to see how to calibrate.

thankx Kim!
