Oh I'm so glad they were able to save his fingers! Continued praying for healing and use of the hand later! How scarey! I totally think about these things when I'm doing projects at home and WILL NOT allow DH to work on stuff if I'm not at home. These things just can happen in an instant! Praying also for KCB for peace and that the kiddos are good for her while all this is going on!

TY SO MUCH for all of your prayers!! TY meg for updating the post for me - love you girly.

Darcy is OK!!! Surgery went well and he gets to come home tomorrow!!! They saved all his fingers but it will still be a wait and see to see how things go from here. He has some broken knuckles and some other not so nice stuff but he is ok. We go back to Calgary in 1-2 weeks to see the dr. THANK you for all your prayers and positive thoughts!!

I got to talk to him today and he is in good spirits and was making me feel better - oh how i love that man. It is his birthday tomorrow so I am trying to think of whatever I can to make it extra special for him for when he gets home. Our neighbour is going to calgary for a dr appt so they are going to just bring him home instead of us going (darcy said he would rather we stayed home instead of coming to the hospital). They aren't sure exactly on his pinky finger but everythign is still sounding good so i'm going to stay positive

TY again so so so much!! The power of prayer is amazing

Yay Kristin, I am happy he will be able to home for his birthday. Maybe make him his favorite dinner tomorrow night? Grab a new movie to watch together, snuggling on the couch.

Oh, and when he is in better spirits (able to handle humour), remind me to pass on a message from Des, k? hehee
