Lots of elements: stars, flowers, splatters (dirt, paint), in addition to the glove, ball, (wooden) bat, helmet, cleat, baseball stitches, etc. I often find sports kits hard to work with as there are very sport specific elements, but not general ones to layer underneath...
Bright colors...red, blue (dark and light), black, white, maybe yellow Plain and patterned papers. (Smaller patterns vs. larger ones)

Too funny! I just posted on your other thread that I would like a softball kit! Not an add on with a few token softball pieces but a whole softball kit!

To add to what I see posted; chain link fence splatter; hat, jersey(shirt), ball with flames (like a hit or homerun); word art with "hit, homerun, single, double, triple, play hard or go home" is just a few. Cleats (shoes)

Agreed! I've been waiting for a dedicated softball kit for oh 10 years now

The only thing I can add is instead of doing specific colors. Do a bunch of different ones. For instance last year my sons uniform was dark green. This year it's red.
