I'm afraid. **UPDATED WITH NOT SO PRETTY PICTURE!!** haha
So my husband's been working as a personal trainer since he got his license a few months ago. I have 20 lbs to lose just to get back to where I was pre-Finn. I made the mistake of telling him last night that I was tired of being fat and wanted to lose 10-15 pounds by my birthday (which is July 31st).
So he made up a very scary exercise plan for me that's 5 days a week. It involves push ups. And pull ups. Sprints people... We start today. Wish me a quick death, yes? |

OMG I can already feel your muscle pain here! LOL!
But think about the feeling you will have when you did lose that 10-15 lbs before your birthday.

Good luck hun!
I am post-Zachary and am still pumping which burns calories. On top of that I am doing 2 miles on the threadmil for 35 minutes 3x a week during lunch.

I gotta admit, that push-ups are not my favourites either. I kinda new what the Jillian Michaels work-out was all about, when the very first excersice after the warm-up was push-ups. Uhuh, no easing into it. But to chear you up: It gets better after 2-3 days. |

I feel your pain......my hubby is a certified personal trainer also. I am always his guinea pig for trying out new exercises or strength building things. Lovely.
I highly recommend boxing as part of the training........not really for results but for having a place where you can legally hit him and not get charged with domestic abuse! Great way to take out the frustration of him kicking your booty with a workout. You will be so excited with the results though! SO, good luck! You can do this! |

Looks like it was a doozy. I want to get my baby weight off after my pregnancy, too. I'd really like to do that with a diet plan of Little Debbie snacks and potato chips, with an exercise plan that consists of either sitting on the couch, or laying in bed. Anyone know a personal trainer who can come up with a plan like that?

Ha! I literally LOL'd when I saw that pic! That being said, I would LOVE to have my own personal trainer to whip my butt into shape! I'm terrible at knowing which exercises to do, whether I'm doing them correctly, etc. but am too intimidated to join a gym.

You did day one which is awesome! I would love to have a husband who was a personal trainer to help me lose the baby weight (plus the extra few on top of what I gained with my kids!!) I also love the after photo as well...so cute how the baby is sleeping through the whole thing!
