Default ISO: Weight Loss Inspiration Journals etc

I'm thinking to make this new me journey work I need to make it fun (otherwise I lose interest-Weight Watchers, Sureslim, doing it with family etc) so am thinking of doing up some sort of journal or food diary using the wonderful kit here but need some inspiration from all of you

Bearing in mind I am no means hybridy but my mom is a paper scrapper so could help me a bit so even simple tips and hints would help me out here

Here it is! It was made using a template for a composition book.

You could easily just make a layout (measure your journal first), then glue it on after printing it.

That certainly looks like something I could do - I really just want something to inspire me if I am paying $98 for the first consultation and $35 there after because it is not local so requires a couple of buses to get there so temptation will sneak in not to go the odd time or if I am not feeling well etc - I just know me after a few failed attempts at healthy living

What a cute journal!!! Thanks for sharing. Im on day 2 of Weight Watchers, again.... Im a lifetime member, so I know I can do it, its just trying to get back into the "mode" and staying away from temptation.

Might make me that journal - it sure is fun to look at!
