Default Album for Adopted Child

Posting here for ideas - my son/DIL has adopted 6 kids over 5 years. I was wanting to do a book by child for her Christmas 2016 gift and was wondering if anyone has suggestions.

I was thinking to do book for each one from the time they got the child up to current -- does that make sense?

Sweet! When I sit down to start a large project, I get a plain old paper notebook out first and start brainstorming about how I want to arrange it, what I want in it, etc. Then I'll decide which kits/themes I'm going to use, templates, even fonts. I never realized how much time pre-planning saved me and how much of a more cohesive look my finished project would have. Especially if you're thinking of doing so many books, you'll want to do plenty of planning before you dig in.

Yes I was thinking I needed to do some pre-planning especially since I am a jump around scrapper - jump from one year to another as a kit hits me.

I think the planning I will start doing in the next couple of weeks so I can start scrapping (buying) in December or January.

Sounds like a good plan! Are you planning to make a digital book or a hybrid and then have the photos printed?

Just curious... do you have any pre-adoption photos? I didn't adopt my son till he was 12 and I only have a small handful of pics of him as a kid. Like, 3 or 4 and they're really bad quality. I wish SO BADLY that I had more.

All the children (6) of them come from bad situations - 3 of them they got before they were 3 months old. 2 was around 18 months and then the remaining one was around 3.

No we don't have any prior to becoming part of my family but since they were so young I think it can work.
