Default Hi everyone!

sorry I disappeared! It's been a bit of a crazy few months.

I lost my scrapping mojo and shifted to another personal project. My kids are super into it, so it's been keeping me going and taking up a lot of my time. Basically I'm drawing out all 807 pokemon and writing a bunch of stuff about them in a handmade pokedex (if you want to see more, you can check out my pokemon related instagram https://www.instagram.com/zappertheampharos/)

After doing that for awhile, we were hit with a bunch of moving drama. While our move hasn't happened yet, the drama (not sure that's the word... chaos... stress... something along those lines) has smoothed out, and i've been feeling creative again. I probably won't pull out my photoshop until after we move, but I will definitely try to stop in and look at everyone's gorgeous pages more often!

I will need to do a few scrap therapy pages once our move is complete, lol!

They look great! My kids design their own Pokemon characters and cards (and Yugioh) but they don't look anywhere near as neat and colourful as yours!

Good luck with your move!

Glad to see your face! I know what a huge upheaval moving can be--hang in there--you're almost done! I hope your scrapping mojo is ready and waiting for you when it's time to pull out the photoshop!

That's a fun creative outlet!

We left the Philippines a month and five days ago, and I haven't scrapped since NSD. Something about transition (both before and after) sucks up all my creativity. Even now that we're here in the States, there's so much to do to get our house set up (I haven't even stocked our pantry!) that used up the emotional energy I need to scrap.

Here's hoping you get settled soon & back to scrapping!

Welcome back! What a super fun project! My oldest son has always been into Pokemon and draws the characters too.

Hey Adi! It's good to hear from you. I really hope your moves goes well and you're back to scrapping soon.
My boys (even though they are 17 & 18) love Pokemon! They're looking forward to the new game coming out on the switch.

Thanks everyone! Jamesen is super into Pokémon and is always asking me what the shiny (other colored) ones look like, as well as where to find them. I bought a book for him, but it doesn’t have he Pokémon from the latest generation, or the shinies, and I got sick of answering all the questions haha! So making a Pokédex seemed like a good solution! I have since realized hat even if I complete two Pokémon sets a day for a year, I still won’t get all the Pokémon done, lol!

Also, we are moving to Colorado, bear Wendy of neverland scraps!!

I've been following you and talking to my family about all the hiccups that you've experienced. I really hope it's smooth sailing here on out and that you guys are able to get here safe, sound and in one piece!

Just how many IG accounts do you have? I'll add this one, just because I love seeing your rocks and your every day account. You are very talented! Baleigh drew pokeball earrings yesterday on one of her characters and I told her you'd like that character she drew. Then she erased the other pokemon stuff because she was nervous for you to critique her art!

I also told her about your kids learning to read with Pokemom and how you'd be willing to let both my girls play. She looked at me and said, "so you don't think I can read?" and then after a long pause she said, "Pokemon is too much reading anyways"

noooo baleigh!!! tell her she isn't allowed to delete anything! She's so good! Much better than she realizes! I would never harshly critique anything anyway!

And I only have... technially 4 IG accounts my personal one, the one for my rock wall, my pokemon one (because I needed a pokemon only account, that's how much I post about pokemon lolol) and then Jamesen talked me into make an account for his charmander. I have tons of cards to give your girls, lolol

I hope the move drama settles. I hate everything surrounding a move, but love the feel of a new space to make your own.

I've been MIA too. It is too hard to post from my iPad and my computer is in the basement so I don't get down here very often. I have a laptop on the way so that I can start scrapping from upstairs. I'm excited. I love my desktop but I just don't have a place for it upstairs therefore I only get to the basement when I force myself (I came down tonight to update Quicken and pay an online bill).
