Gallery Credits

For some reason none of my credits are showing on LOs I posted this morning. I've even gone in and edited them trying to add the credits again. I've checked other people's LOs and they look fine.

Does anyone have any ideas for me? I finally put the credits in a comment on one LO. I may just go and do that for all of my LOs.

I'm an admin and I went into this page and copied/pasted your credits from the comments and it worked for me. I'm totally stumped about what's causing it. Sometimes when there are symbols used it impacts that field, but that's not the case here. I would try a blank upload and see if that clears out your cue. Let me know if you want me to remove the credits, I don't normally monkey with peoples' pages!

Well, no luck
I did a black upload, cleared my history (cache & cookies) and tried to edit. The credits still aren't showing.

I'll add them as a comment for now & maybe (hopefully!) it will like me the next time I try to upload

Mine was doing that forever and finally just stopped on it’s own, I also could never leave comments on people’s layouts either. Good luck no clue how mine got back to normal.

I wonder if it has anything to do with your browser? Maybe try using a different one and see if it works?

This happen to me whenever I need to put [especially] an apostrophe or other special symbols on the credits, so I just remove the symbols.

any apostrophes on your credit will do that, like Cherry said.

I'm still unable to add my credits in the comments. There are no apostrophes.

I was able to comment on someone else's LO.

I noticed another user in the gallery was having the same problem. It's definitely not an issue with an apostrophe or special character, since I eliminated that as an issue when I was able to paste the credits into the page for Tammy. How frustrating!!
