Oh, I am so sorry!! Is it possibly still in your recycle bin or is it completely gone? I think I would be sick to my stomach if this happened to me.

No. I checked they aren't in the recycle bin. I have my pages in my online galleries and in photobucket, would this do me any good??

Oh no I'm sorry. I know I have deleted some layouts accidentally but not 33 of them. I don't think having gallery/photobucket sized layouts will do anything because I don't think they will look the same if you made them bigger.

was going to say that's exactly why I use Mozy. For 4.95 a month I have peace of mind. I have deleted stuff on accident, gone into Mozy and had it back within minutes.

Do things have to be on your hard drive though, or can they be on your ehd. I keep most of my layouts on my hard drive until I burn them, so that might be ok, but I keep everything else on my ehd.

I've heard of setting your computer to go back in time, like a day or whatever. I've never done it so I don't know how that works but maybe look into it and see if that gets back your layouts? Good luck!!

You can do a system restore. That will take you back a day or period of time to before you deleted them. It does depend though on where you kept the layouts. If they were in the My Documents folder it probably won't get them back. If they were in some other folder they might still be restored. I've had to do that on a few occasions due to mucked up installs or unintentional deletes.

Its easy to do and harmless if it doesn't restore your files. Unless you've done some upgrading to software or something, you won't really even notice. You'd just have to reo the updating

I think with Mozy they have to be on your hard drive.

No, they don't have to be on your hard drive. You can set it to backup your EHD.

That sucks You could possibly pay to have someone recover the data. Just because its erased doesnt mean its gone for good unless you did a secured deletion process. Might be worth looking into.

there are programs online that you can download for free and only pay if they find the files you need and have them completely restored. I think it might be like 30 dollars for the program? If you do a search for programs to restore deleted files should come up...

That sucks!! There are some programs online that you can download that will recover anything that has been deleted through the recycle bin. Not all are free but it might not hurt to try one of them

Ugh Laci I am so sorry. I would try a system restore back to yesterday. It can't hurt anything.

Debra, I use Mozy and it backs up my EHD and my hard drive.

I feel your pain. My ehd failed last year and I lost a ton of pages and products. I'm still bummed about it.
