Default tell me this is not weird please?

When I read lyrics of a song I have heard I can hear the music in my head. My sister says that I should not tell to many people that I am hearing voices in my head LOL. I know I cannot be the only person who can connect words/lyrics to music without having to actually hear the song playing

yes sometimes it only takes a few words to get a song in my head. and it will stick for hours unless I find something to replace it

Yep! Add me to the list. In fact - I'm singing a song in my head right now while watching a movie with the family, lol. Who says I can't multi-task

same here. Although I do love music and have played many instruments. My daughter has a phenominal voice and never did anything more then middle school chorus. She lost interest after that. The only thing I can still do is read music. I cannot play the clarinet, flute or keyboards even though I learned all three. (never was like a master at any of the three but I was ok. Clarinet I liked the best. I am tempted to start playing again because I have my son's that we bought him in middle school.)

Do it! I bet you will fall in live with it again. I don't pull mine out often, but I always love it when I do.

Oh, and of coarse I hear the music in my head when I read the lyrics!
